These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pk10 platform. By registering an account or placing any real-money activity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below. Please read these terms carefully before you start using pk10.
Using the pk10 platform in any capacity — browsing the lobby, creating an account, depositing PKR, placing bets or claiming any promotion — means you have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use pk10.

Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact pk10 support immediately and change your password.
Account Suspension: pk10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these rules. Where fraud, collusion or system abuse is identified, associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.
pk10 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and select mobile wallets. All deposit amounts are credited to your account balance in PKR with no currency conversion applied. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment account belonging to another person — whether a family member, friend or third party — is a breach of these terms and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being suspended. This rule applies regardless of whether permission was given by the payment account holder.
Processing Times: Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank. pk10 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This policy exists as a standard security measure. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing; requests that pass review are typically processed within the timeframe displayed at the time of your request.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This means identity verification and payment method confirmation must be complete. Players who have claimed bonuses may be required to meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal is approved — see Section 6 for bonus terms.
pk10 offers promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be displayed alongside the offer at the time it is presented to you. These general terms apply to all bonuses except where the specific promotion's terms explicitly override them.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players. pk10 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds if there is evidence that a player has registered with the primary purpose of extracting bonus value without genuine recreational play. This includes but is not limited to patterns of low-risk betting designed to convert bonus funds while minimising variance.
Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier of the bonus amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The specific requirement for each offer is stated in that offer's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino and Sports Betting contributions may differ.
pk10 is built for genuine recreational use. Certain activities undermine the platform experience for other players and compromise the integrity of the games. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
System Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout or odds display, pk10 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore balances to their pre-error state. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known system error are not valid and will not be honoured.
Sports betting on pk10 covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football and Esports among other markets. All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, which are displayed within the betting section.
Odds are displayed at the time of placing a bet and are subject to change before the bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed on your bet slip at the time of placement are the odds that apply to your bet — subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets. In-play betting markets are settled based on the state of the match at the moment the bet was accepted by the platform.
Cricket Markets: PSL match winners, top batsman, total runs, method of dismissal and other cricket-specific markets are all available on pk10. Market availability varies by fixture. Full market rules are displayed within each betting market before you confirm your stake.
All casino games on pk10 — including Slots, table games and Live Casino — use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, physical dealing by a live dealer streamed in real time. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within the information section of each game.
Bingo rooms on pk10 operate with scheduled draws and fixed prize pools in PKR. Bingo cards are purchased from your available balance at the price displayed in the room lobby. Results are determined by the draw outcomes and are final. Live Casino tables operate with real physical cards, wheels and dice — outcomes are not determined by RNG and are based on the physical result visible on the stream.

pk10 may retain transaction and account records for a period required by applicable financial record-keeping standards. You have the right to request a copy of your data or request account closure by contacting our support team.
pk10 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and platform stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. pk10 shall not be held liable for losses arising from platform downtime, network disruptions, third-party payment delays or events outside our direct control.
pk10's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
pk10 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated review date. Where changes materially affect your rights as a player, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through the platform. Your continued use of pk10 after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms represent the complete agreement between you and pk10 regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior representations, discussions or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
